The following terms are intended to help you understand the process of buying tickets from stageonetheatre.net and your obligations and your rights towards PAPHOS STAGE ONE THEATRE GROUP.

1. A ticket purchase from Stage One Theatre can be made either online on this website, or at the theatre's box office. Payment is be made by credit/debit cards via the secure VPayments/Worldline gateway system. In addition, cash payment can be made, by visiting the theatre's box office.

2. No booking fees are charged. The price you pay is only the ticket price which includes any applicable taxes.

3. A ticket purchase made on this website will generate a unique booking reference code. Upon purchase this reference code will be sent to you, via the email address you provide. You should make a note of that reference code, as it is the only way to issue your tickets from the theatre's box office prior to the performance.

4. Entry to the performance will only be allowed by presentation of valid tickets to the front-of-house staff on the date of the performance for which it was purchased.

5. Discounted or members-only tickets can be purchased online by using the appropriate discount code.

6. Tickets can only be refunded or exchanged by visiting the theatre's box office prior to the date of performance.

7. In the event that a performance for which you have purchased tickets is cancelled, you will be notified by email to the email address you provide. You will then be able to exchange your tickets for similar seats at another performance of the same production, by contacting the theatre's box office.

8. No type of video or audio recording, or photography, of any performance by any means (including mobile phones) will be allowed in the theatre, other than by Stage One Theatre staff.

9. Information provided by you, including name, email address, ticket/reference code and seat details, will not be shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy at https://stageonetheatre.net/privacy.php

10. We may send you information regarding upcoming productions to the email address you supply (approximately four times a year). You may unsubscribe from this at any time.

11. In the event of any issues or disagreements arising from the purchase of tickets, we will always strive to find a solution. You can contact us via email at hello@stageonetheatre.net or by telephone on 97697962.

12. By purchasing tickets on this website, or at the theatre's box office, the buyer accepts all the above terms.
